1. Services
McubeLabs provides software development, mobile app development, website development, UI/UX design, and related digital services. The scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal provided to the client.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required to deliver the project.
- Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, or content in a timely manner.
- Ensure they hold the rights to any materials (logos, images, text) supplied to McubeLabs.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in the individual project proposal or agreement. McubeLabs reserves the right to pause or suspend work on a project if agreed payment milestones are not met. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, intellectual property rights for the final deliverables are transferred to the client. McubeLabs retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing. All tools, frameworks, and third-party libraries used remain subject to their respective licences.
5. Confidentiality
McubeLabs agrees to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared by the client in connection with a project. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available or independently developed by McubeLabs.
6. Revisions and Changes
A reasonable number of revisions are included within the agreed project scope. Requests that extend beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before implementation.
7. Limitation of Liability
McubeLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
8. Third-Party Services
Some projects may integrate third-party platforms, APIs, or services. McubeLabs is not responsible for the availability, performance, or changes made by third-party providers after project delivery.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. McubeLabs will provide all completed work and assets upon receipt of outstanding payment.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
11. Changes to These Terms
McubeLabs reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
